Most SWECO controls have terminal blocks that provide safe and fast electrical connections. Additionally, most of our controls have flush start buttons, protruding stop buttons, power lights, and lockable disconnects. All SWECO controls provide environmental protection for electrical components and are constructed of NEMA 4X fiberglass, NEMA 4X stainless or painted steel, NEMA 4 painted steel or NEMA 12 painted steel. In addition to the standard electrical controls we manufacture, SWECO can custom design electrical controls to meet your specific power requirements if within acceptable electrical standards. Basic Vibe The Basic Vibe is a start/stop control with fused overload protection for units with single motors from 1/4 HP to 5 HP. It is available in NEMA 4X fiberglass and NEMA 4X stainless steel. It is constructed of NEMA 4X stainless steel and is supplied with 20' of cable and male plug for incoming power. It can be mounted to a base or remotely. This control can only be used with fractional HP motors with a maximum of 240 volts. 20' of cable and male plug are supplied for incoming power. It is available in NEMA 4X painted steel and NEMA 4X stainless steel. The Gyra-Vibe includes a 3 minute timer to prevent accidental restart of unit during shutdown. The single phase motor brake is a motor brake for 110 Volt single phase fractional horse power motors. SWECO's 3 phase motor brake is a motor brake for 1/4 HP to 5 HP motors. The motor brakes inject pulsating DC current into motors in order to quickly slow the motor down allowing for faster and smoother shut down of units.
