APPLICATION 1: Producers of commercial grade uniform plaster and paint aggregate use raw, crushed perlite ore from the mines. The expanded material is air separated, and companies wished to grade the fines from the air separation. After disappointing experiences with several conventional screens, SWECO installed a standard production-size round separator. Demands for fine aggregate of this grade are apt to change radically with building styles and finishes. The versatility of the SWECO Separator makes it relatively easy to consistently meet such changing demands.
APPLICATION 2: Manufacturers of wall plaster from mortar cement for use in the construction industry start the process by extracting a certain particle size range from limestone. In a typical process, a crusher reduces raw limestone to granules. The material is then fed to one or more SWECO Tamiseur Giratoire GyraMax for classification of the limestone. Most producers in this industry will utilize a GyraMax unit over standard round or Séparateurs Rectangulaires due to the capacity requirements and the gentle sifting motion produced by the GyraMax.
For the Minerals market, SWECO has many solutions to help solve your most difficult problems. Whether your requirements involve vibratory separation, gyratory sifting or air classification, SWECO has the solution. Contactez un professionnel SWECO aujourd'hui même. |
